MISS LAWRENCE

How a human being can be so simple and complex at the same time? I guess only Jennifer Lawrence can explain that. Her complexity contains in her depth as an actress, that mesmerizes the audience instantly. If you have time to watch an interview with her, you will notice that she is a fascinating combination of 10-year-old child and a 40-year-old woman. She seems so down-to-earth and self-deprecating: joking casually about her family, herself and tequila shots.

My first acquaintance with her on-screen was unusual. She was blue-skined, yellow-eyed and naked. One of the X-men gang - Mystique. (Although, I heard about Winter's Bone before, I never really had the guts to watch it). My second date was with her as Tiffany Maxwell in Silver Linings Playbook. I can go on and on about the movie and how extraordinary the whole cast was, but Jennifer is the heart of it. Speaking of hearts, she broke mine into pieces and then glued it back together with her she-can't-be-only-22 depth. I wasn't really surprised that she was nominated for so many awards and won most of them.

If there was an award for best speeches, she would win that too. Her acceptance speeches are simply the best: short, hilarious and grateful. Her classy beauty  justifies that she is perfect for the Miss Dior campaign. It may sound like I was bribed to write this but just to make it clear I was never an ass-kisser, I just truly believe that J-Law is pure magic.

P.S: don't hate me, but I may be the last person on the planet who haven't watched/read The Hunger Games. Gonna fix that.
